You concentrate on your message, we design your meeting and co-ordinate the set-up of conference areas, technical equipment, and logistics, all this whilst paying attention to the details which contribute to the success of your operation.
Our skills in event production are based on a number of internal resources (scenographer, designer, production manager) and a network of experts (technicians, motion designer, light designer, decorators, carpenter-woodworker, calligraphers…) which enable us to answer the simplest of requests to the most creative and demanding.
Our creative approach is always tailor-made and considerate of your communication strategy, your brand values and codes, your budget and your orientations.
The venue sourcing, i.e. hotel and/or event function sourcing, is an essential part of the project preparation phase. It determines the project orientation.
Our approach at this stage is always tailor-made (to match with your brand, number of people, spirit of the venue(s), budget and location).
We study the project, make availability requests, elaborate proposals with comparable formats, negotiate and manage contracts and preparatory relations on your behalf.
Our knowledge of available venues is extensive and always up to date.
It should be noted that we do not put any mark-up on hotels; entrusting us with the research and contracting of your hotel won’t affect your budget but will save you time.

We can be involved in the conception and production of communication tools dedicated to your event: logos creation, graphic charter design, signage support, dedicated event website (informative but also inclusive of a registration system), smartphones and tablets with event applications, presentation templates, promotional materials…

– General exhibitions and market place within the framework of a congress, convention or seminar with general exhibition layout and design, design and construction of booths, exhibitor management (relations, exhibitor fee payments, additional services such as equipment and decor).

– Design and construction of your booth if you participate as an exhibitor at a congress or festival (3D rendering, mood boards, new technology and concept design and implementation, furniture, decoration, floral and vegetal decoration…), design, study and implementation of signage for your exhibit.
